When a client imported a brand-new 2000L Above-Ground Fuel Tank, they needed a logistics partner who could manage the entire process — from wharf collection to final on-site placement. That’s where Container Solutionsstepped in.
Step 1: Wharf Collection
The job began at the Port of Melbourne, where our team collected a 20ft import container containing the new fuel tank. With our experienced drivers and container-handling equipment, the pickup was completed efficiently and transported directly to our Brooklyn depot for unloading and inspection.
Step 2: Container Unloading
At our depot, the fuel tank module was carefully unloaded from the 20ft container using our heavy-lift equipment. Safety and precision were critical — the tank weighed 4,500kg and required proper rigging and secure handling to protect the client’s investment.
Step 3: Transport & Over-Fence Crane Delivery
The final stage involved an over-fence delivery to a designated site in Lower Tarwin, Victoria. To achieve this, Container Solutions coordinated with Red Tow’s large crane truck, capable of both transporting and lifting the tank safely into position. The lift was executed precisely as directed, ensuring correct placement without site disturbance.
Outcome
